I recently purchased a used pontoon with a 28 horse Evinrude. I have changed plugs, cleaned out gas tank, purchased new fuel line/bulb assembly, cleaned carb. but motor still stalls. It will run for about 20-30 seconds.... it will then stall when I throttle it up or even if I don't do...
