    Mercury 150hp XR6

    Two guestions, should I replace the thermostats if psi is a little high (impellar 1 year old) and what could be the issue if after I stop and fish for a few minutes, motor will not start unless I prime the bulb. I have replaced the primer bulb and fuel diaphragm but did not solve the issue.

    Fuel pump diaphragm issue

    I replaced the diaphragm kit .in a 2003 mercury xr6. The boat will not open up on the water. I came back home and rechecked check valves spring and caps made sure and diaphragms and gaskets are in the correct place. I could not find any yhong i had done wrong to keep the motor from opening...
