    New OMC trim gauge .???

    Hi , I have a brand new OMC power trim and tilt gauge to replace my old faded one I have not yet wired it up . Because when I shack the gauge the needle moves ? What I would like to no is a new trim gauge needle meant to move before you even wire it up .
