I have a 1984 50 hp mercury that doesn't spit water out of the pee hole but it comes out the exhaust. I replaced the impellor and it still didn't spit water out the pee hole. I also found out that the pee hole was plugged with mud, I unplugged it and still it wouldn't spit out any water...
