    traveling with my outboard

    I take my 50 hp Tohatsu to baja inside the door of my motor home. I have been carrying it resting on the "pegs" behind the cover and the anti-cavitation plate (tiller up_) I recently heard I should be laying it on the non gear shift side. Who is right and why? Thanks. :confused:

    Oil Injection Problems

    My son used my M50DE last weekend and added a quart of very old Stalube 2-cycle oil to quicksilver plus and then the motor began to run very badly. The oil filter seemed gummed up so I cleaned to the oil pump and added fresh oil. We took it out again and it ran well and it ran bad with periods...
