    Anyone know of good outboard mechanic in MD-Va area?

    I have a mid 80"s (I think) 30hp Tohatsu that needs an impeller changed and some sort of troubleshooting as it runs but only as long as I give it a lot of throttle. Anyone know of a decent outboard mechanic who knows what he's doing and is fair?
