I replaced both throttle cables and grommet on my Honda 2000, 15HP, BF15AYSAS outboard motor. Both cable covers had melted and the cables were frozen up. Several months later and the new cable covers have also melted and stuck to the cable. Can anyone help me out with this? farankin@aol.com
