My 90 HP 2003 Mercury 4 stroke runs great through the power range, but when I stop the engine for 10 minutes and restart the engine, it idles rough for a few minutes and then smooths out. Could the enricher be dirty? Can it be cleaned? I should mention, it does this every time I take it out.
