    water in the cylinders of a 1967 3hp evinrude lightwin

    I've fully restored a 1967 3hp Evinrude Lightwin o.b. motor. When test running the motor, it would not run properly, after inspecting the spark plugs I discovered water in the cylinders. I found no obvious reasons why. Need help! Paul
