    I have a 1986 INvader with a 4.3 mercruiser I converted from OMC cobra outdrive to Alpha 1. It has alway been hard to turn over, despite great compression and several new batteries, etc. Recently it began stumbling under load (@2500rpm) and I started to troubleshoot. I did the usual checks...
