I have an old Mercury 7 1/2 electric start outboard. When I tried the electric start, the starter spun but didn't engage the
flywheel. When I pulled on the starter rope is pulled put didn't engage the flywheel either. Is there a switch or mechanism
to flip which lets you use the electric start...
