    2000 Johnson 50 Hp motor works won't go up or down

    I have a 2000 Johnson 50 Hp. It sat for 6 mo. now the trim motor works but the engine won't go up or down. I have opened the filler cap to ad trans fluid. straw berry foam came out I drained as much as I could I refilled. still won't move.
