My 1998 Mercury EFI 200 HP outboard started making a chattering noise when its at idle. Its not a constant noise, it goes in and out of this randomly. Sometimes it doesn't do it for a while and then it will for a few seconds. Other times it just goes in and out of this noise quite frequently...
