    1997 ocean runner 175 runs only with ignition key held in start position

    Motor runs fine after warmup, but initinally it's necessary to hold key in start position. Once the motor runs for a minute or so, the problem no longer exist. Ignition switch checks good and with B/Y kill wire disconnected the problem continues. I can cut the B/Y wire at the power pack but...
