    2003 Key West Bow Rider with 2003 Mercry Salt Water series owner donated boat and I may buy it . The owner says it hasn't run since 2010. That it needs a new top end what does that mean? Is it worth fixing boat is available at 4,000.00 is it worth buying? Does the gas tank have to be removed...

    Im looking at a 2003Mercury Saltwater Series Engine Owmer says it needs a new top side. What does that mean the engine and boat hasn't been used since 2010. He donated it and I'm thinking of buying it. It's a Key West Bow Rider 2003
