Hey i have a 115 merc motor 1975 and it it runs fine at 3000 rpm but at 4000 rpm wot it tends to bog out and run out of fule. I have put new check valves, and diaphram and still there is no change. If u have any ideas could u please email it to me at wakedude_02@hotmail.com all possible...
