our 1981 johnson 115hp outboard motor starts fine and idles fine when put in water, but the minute we put it in reverse to back out of dock, it stalls out. We have changed the spark plugs, changed the lower unit fluids, and still happens. Not sure what is going on. We are thinking a problem...
