I have a 1980 60 HP e60elcrs evinrude. It has 130psi both cylinders, good spark and good fuel. The motor will turn over fast but won't fire up. Not even pop with quick start. I'm thinking it could be a timing issue with the optical sensor but before i pull the fly...
