    Replace fuel Pump for VRO

    I have a 1985 70hp and need to replace the fuel pump. I already have by-passed the VRO oil side. I was told that I can install a pre VRO system pump but don't know what would work and what to do to install it. Can anyone help?

    1985 70hp. max out at 17.2 volts, bad regulator?
