I picked up an 18" Yukon Delta last year and am in the process of turning it into a kick-azz fishing boat. I can't find anything on-line about YD's smaller than 24'. The hull is solid as any I've ever seen. Overall size is 18' x 7'4". The floor area is 6' x 12'. enough room to pitch a tent :)>...
