Hello, not sure if anyone can help me but as stated above I have a 25hp Mercury Outboard. When I mount it to the boat the motor will not tilt up or down. I can find no latch holding it in place. I am trying to raise the motor to put the trim rod in. It just wont move. Any help would be...
