Bought a boat with a 2000 90hp Honda motor.Stalls under a load at 1500 rpm.New fuel,Replaced fuel line,Racor filter,had carbs rebuilt and cleaned in an ultra sonic tank syncronized the carbs,did a compression check all cylinders good at 125psi.Any ideas,Im at a loss.
