    Pop!!!! Boat was Gear now won't go into gear

    I have a 94 crown line 225ccr 5.7 with a bravo1, I was boating over the forth weekend and was pulling a tuber was getting ready to plane out had the throttle down when I had a pop/snap from the rear of the boat and lost forward and boat was still revving not sure if the pop was the gears sliding...
