I have a TD20 Johnson Seahorse. When I pull the starting cord nothing happens. It pulls freely. Theres 3 pieces of metal on top that move out and inward. 2 of them are missing the springs. So I took off the pull start and got out my 18volt dewalt and put a 3/4" socket on it and start the motor...
