I'm hoping someone can please advise me and help.
I have a 1980 mercury 800 with power tilt and trim that i am currently restoring. I have 3 dash control buttons, that are labelled from top to bottom, Up Up Out In. The power tilt trim has never worked and i am trying to get it working...
