    Hey guys,<br /><br />I just wanted to get some feedback from you. Have any of you had to sue or tried to sue a boat dealer mechanic for negligence? I had a repair shop troubleshoot a problem with the carburation. They came back and said...."add more oil" (I premix 50:1) about 3 hours later...

    Tach drops off but no change in motor rpm's

    Good morning to everyone!<br /><br />I've got another question for you guys. Last time out the tach needle dropped about 2000 rpm while I was cruising about 30mph (4800 rpm)...there was obviously no drop in the motor and the volt meter on the dash showed that the charging system was charging...

    Will decarbing foul the carbs?

    I recently decarbed a Evinrude 225hp Ocean Pro and when I pulled the plugs they looked a little dry...Just wondering if maybe something gummed up the carbs when I decarbed. Up to this point the plugs had a nice coat of oil residue on them.
