1975 OMC 235 Stringer. 19' Cobalt. 351 Windsor. Engine over heats on plane. Back off of plane and putt around and water temp drops. New impeller, thermostat and marine water pump. Pick up tube free of obstruction. Strange! Very frustrating!
Is there much of a difference? Can I put the 225 behind the 351 Windsor. I noticed that 225 upper housing requires 18 oz. of fluid as where the 235 wants only 13 oz. They look identical.
