I have a Johnson 70 horse model J70TLEND. Today the tilt would only go down, not up. When I push the button (on either the motor or the control head) there is no click or noise of any kind. Could this be a solonoid or a poor conection? I am not an engine mechanic. Any ideas on what t his could...
