I have a 2007 Mercruiser with the 4 cylinder motor. It idles rough. I need to know how to taker off the idle adjusting screw cover so I can smooth out the idle. The cover is a spring loaded that needs to be removed before you can adjust.There is only 1 adjusting area on this 2 barrel carb...
