    antifreeze or leave dry???

    Working on winterizing my 3.0 mercruiser... The manual just says to drain water out but doesn't speak to filling with antifreeze. Is antifreeze necessary?? Why doesn't the manual say to do it but everything else I read says to? The boat will be in an unheated garage in se virginia. thanks in...

    WINTERIZATION OIL CHANGE?????

    Purchased new boat at end of season with 3.0 mercruiser. It only has 7 hours on it. It's time to winterize and I'm not convinced that it needs the engine oil and sterndrive oil changed with so few hours on it. I'm in SE virginia and the boat will be in a unheated garage. Any thoughts???
