    1992 5HP Trolling too-fast

    Have a 1992 5 hp Honda.<br /><br />On the brochure from 1992 it says there is a 'half-speed' mode?<br /><br />How do I engage this option??<br /><br />Cannot slow motor down enough to troll effectively!
