Hydraulic fluid was bypassing the wiper seals at the top (cap) of the hydraulic cylinder. The tilt/trim worked, but when raised, the leak would allow the engine to lower slowly. I replaced the wiper seals and no longer have a leak. Now the power tilt/trim unit will not raise the engine. I have...
