    1976 evinrurude 70 hp

    G'day all, i av a 1976 evinrude 70 hp, it idles ok when started up,it can only run on low speed, but when i try pushing the throttle to full it cuts out straight up.can anyone give me some expert advise pls, muck appreciated. cheers cmw.
