    Tilt/ trim problem

    [I]I have a 2000 3.0 Mercury inboard/outboard,the tilt/trim will go down with switch and the trailer switch will raise it. But the up switch will not work. I bought and new switch harness and it does the same thing? Any help or ideas? Thank you
