My battery is dead.....prop is down, so the boat is un-towable as the prop will scrape on the ground. How do I lift the prop without the battery ( manually) so I can tow my boat without scraping the prop ? 1997 Mercury Mercruiser inboard 1.94R 3.0L 3 cylinder
