    95 yamaha 200 overheating??

    My friend has a 95 200 yamaha that seems to be overheating on one cylinder head, starboard side is cool to the touch. The impeller was replaced along with the head gasket. It still sounds the alarms off after extended use. Anyone happen to see this before? Thanks in advance

    9.9 lower unit compatibility

    Just got a lower unit for my 9.9, problem is there are no exhaust holes under the top fin. is there going to be an issue, can i just drill some holes?? this is what the old one looks like, on the one i just got off ebay there is two blocks that are screwed thru, just found out its off a 93 9.9...

    fuel issue solved!! now for...

    I have an 83 9.9 evinrude that was fouling plugs left and right, rebuilt carb, replaced pull start spring, cam follower and fresh 50-1 gas. Would not idle after carb rebuild so I went ahead and replaced the fuel pump this morning. Runs excellent!! Revs slightly in neutral now, plugs not fouled...
