    Timing or fuel??

    I have a 1973 eveinrude starflite 135 V4 2 stroke. At this point i love the motor. Sunday(sept.4) was the first time it hit water in 3 to 4 years. Starts and runs like a champ in the driveway and in a no wake zone. Here's my problem:..... When i go WOT it dies and here's the funny part, it runs...
