    1983 Evinrude 115 hp Need HELP

    I have a 1983 Evinrude outboard and it backfires and it won't start. It is getting fire and its getting fuel even redid the fuel/oil mixture to make sure it was right. If anyone could be of any assistance I would greatly appreciate it Thanks Ron
