My 1997 4.3liter Mercuser..has a plastic Gear Lube Reservoir to let you monitor the lever of Gear Lube...OK.. Mine is Leaking from the Threaded fitting where the low lube wires come out underneath it...and I am dripping Gear Lube down the engine valve cover and into the Bilge...
