I am stymied trying to get the front cowling off a vintage 1978 (?) era Mercury model 110, 9.8 HP, (has the blue and silver stripe). The silver front cowling has no knobs, latches or screws that I can find. Before I cut my finger, I pried it out some and it seems to be held by two round pegs...
