I have an ocean pro 115 and I believe it's a 1995 model. Having checked the battery voltage I get a constant 12.6V running and stopped. I can't find any specific info on my engine (ie. wiring diagrams/wire colors, where to find the regulator etc.). Any diagrams or help specific to my engine...
