    My Mercruiser 898 won't idle after warmed up

    Our 1978 searay with mercruiser 898 will now start, after we rebuilt carberator. But, after it's warmed up, it will not idle. After it stalled we looked under carberator and fuel had filled the intake. Do we need a power valve? Also, we called a local marina and they said it's too old for them...
