    Which video is it? I looked at several. We are figuring out how to handle the outdrive with what we have. Probably will need to rig a stand to set it on.

    Took it back to the lake. No leak from speedometer so continued to lower into lake. Water poured in from bottom of transom seal. So... is this something we can do ourselves....

    Took off the speedometer. Put a hose to the holes. Water poured in at the same spot as it did when we took it to the lake. Removed, glued and rescrewed speedometer. Will test with hose and lake. Hoping this will be the answer. Thank you for your responses.

    The water appeared to be streaming from the right side of that metal piece below the transom seal.

    Took the boat back to the lake and backed the trailer in until we had a leak. The leak is coming out the end of a straight metal piece with screws mounted to the stern , left of the motor. It is very gummy/black on the end of the piece closest to the motor.

    Added water to inside of boat hull up almost to the plywood floor. 3 drip spots at about 1 drip/30-60 seconds. could that have caused 6" of water on the floor of the boat in an hour in the water?

    Tried muffs to see if leaks. Nothing inside. Is water supposed to spray out like this?

    OMC 400 series, 140hp. If the leak is in the drive or water pump, would it be noticeable if we ran it with the earmuffs?
