    cover removal johnson 9.9

    2 cycle, how do i do it and since i bet it hasn't been done in years, is it possible that the starting fault is that i should spray/clean/wd40/? inside and then try to asscertain what is wrong?<br />thanks,<br />mike

    start elec johnson 9.9

    howdy, newbie boat owner here. i have a johnson 9.9 outboard on my sailboat(at least 10 years old), it has a black pushbutton on the motor that is used to start it, it always takes many trys to get it to start. the switch will do nothing for many pressigs, then it will eventually actually start...
