I test drove a 13' whaler with a 25 HP Evinrude and it ran fast OK till we slowed down the first time (2 minutes or so). After that it stalled and would only idle. After pulling it out of the water and futzing around it did the same thing again. Gas was fresh in a borrowed tank. Any ideas?<br...
