I have a 1996 mercury tiller 25 hp running hot.It seems to take awhile for it to pee , kinda of sputters water at first then seems to pump fine once warm but on ocassion the stream weakens..kind of like me.
I thought it miight be the impeller so i changed that as well as the seal that goes on...
