I have a Johnson Fitch 150 HP I started getting and Engine check at start up but goes away at high RPM, when I slow to idle it comes back for 10 seconds and clears. I hooked up the Tools software and it comes back with a Hard 28 code. I retested and it clears but says intermitent.
