Anyone ever done it? Results? I'm looking to buy a 150 20inch shaft used outboard, as the boat is rated for a 150, but have not had much luck on the used market.
I came across a 200 today, but its got some Bob's machine goodies in it, and the owner feels that its more like a 225.
