i have a 2000 mercury 125hp, with the 2+2 above 1800 rpm,....i just got it running pretty good, and was wondering how widespread is this practice? how long has mercury been doing this for? do the new engines have the same feature? are there any other manufacturers that use this?
i have a 2000 125HP mercury outboard on my 19' pro line sport. i am having a loss of power issue, and am not quite sure where to turn. ill try and keep this as short as possible
