I found a small, green rubber part in the bottom of my motor cowling. I'll post a photo, but in case it doesn't attach I'll describe it. It's 1/2" long x 1/8" diameter, soft army green rubber, has a passage hole running thru it, round on one end and "flapper valve" on other end.
